Why Ireland is Green…
If I had ever questioned this before, it was made perfectly clear today. We awoke in our tents to the sound of gently falling rain (which had not been¬†forecast¬†for the next week). Our water proof tents kept us dry, but in order to stay that way we had to find a way to wriggle ourselves dressed in an area less than 2 feet across and slightly taller than our frames. (Not for¬†claustrophobic). After this we road in to a¬†wondrously European¬†styled town called Edenderry (most of Ireland so far has been newer construction.) Had a lovely breakfast and stopped by a Tesco to get lunch materials and more water. It rained off and on during our ride and we covered more ground today than we have previously. I’ll detail what we saw in the next post which will soon follow this one.

Yeah, I am seriously lacking pictures, man! Click click clickity-click! Too bad you didn’t snap some gypsy pictures before they chased you away. So… unexpected rain, eh? I am glad you are staying dry, at least when dressing. Speaking of staying dry, our kitchen counter is very dry, Will. You know why? Because I am not weirded out by drying dishes with a TOWEL!!! Crazy guy. And you call ME an O.C.D. person! haha! 😉
No, really – have you had that Guinness yet? Everyone is dying to know. There had better be a picture… or else we’ll never believe it!
Hi, Patrick. Venture Brothers was awesome. 🙂

Just be watchful for the dreaded “crotch rot” with the wet conditions. If things begin to get a bit dodgy in the nether regions, try applying liberal amounts of A&D ointment, Brave Soldier, Udder Butter, etc. (or Euro equivalents). Been checking Yahoo Euro weather, looks like no more rain in the forecast for the next 4 days. Party on Will, party on Patrick.
